- A minimum deposit of £50 may be charged at Ladbroke Matters' discretion depending on the type of event

- Certain events (eg. 18th/21st birthdays) will require a person over the age of 25 to pay the deposit and be present throughout the event

- Backstage and storage areas are out of bounds unless required for purpose of booking

- The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that any external party equipment (eg bouncy castles/soft play) have correct insurance and are suitable size for hall

- Before the hire is confirmed, we will require a signature. This is to comply with our insurance and to have a record that the hirer will comply with our Ts & Cs.
